Job summary

1.To record and check FFB harvested in field and to record FFB dispatched to Palm Oil Mill.

2.To substitute as general worker when there are no harvesting work carried out in field. 

Job Description

• To check, count and record the harvesting FFB in field and issue FFB chits for each recorded FFBs.
• To ensure that daily FFB dispatch and harvested record are tally daily.
• To substitute as general worker when there are no harvesting work carried out or no FFBs for checking and recording. General works include FFB loading into transport lorries in estate ramp, minor repair work of estate facilities, field work maintenance – spraying, manuring, loading/unloading materials in store etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Education & Qualification

• SPM or above.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

• Having experience working in estate would be beneficial.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• No technical skills or professional knowledge required.

Competencies

• Must be able to write, read, do basic mathematics and compile basic data records.
• Must be able to work in bad weather conditions as the job requires to work in rain and under hot sun.
• Must be good with a motorbike as estate roads are earth road, will be slippery when rain.
