ASSISTANT, CUSTOMER SERVICE

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Provide supports to customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Provide front line support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with services, and assistance provided. At the same time, assisting marketing department to ensure the smooth of event and activities. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • To answer all in-coming calls and Customer Careline Whatsapp as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Attend to shoppers’ enquiries at information Counter. To channel customer complaints to relevant person / department.
  • To handle music control, wheel chair for handicapped, paging and take care of lost children in Centre.
  • To be well informed at all times of events, programs, contests and dispense accurate information to shoppers on contest mechanics organized by the shopping mall and appointed organizers.
  • To prepare weekly report such as Activities Report, and Customer Count report.
  • To manage the Information Counter and ensure no entry of unauthorized persons into the area, general cleanliness and ensure all promotion material are well stocked or replenished.
  • To handle gift redemption and to register participants in any kind of activities/contest and assist in events management.
  • To assist in removing all posters/notices/buntings which have expired. Placements of such posters/notices/buntings.
  • To arrange Security Guards to escort shoppers to car park upon valid request.
  • To inform relevant person / Department immediately when problem / incidents occur or malfunction of any equipment.
  • To coordinate with the Building dept’s team for activities & events (M&E; Security, Cleaners, Car Park, etc).
  • To ensure work permit is signed & approved by all parties (building, M&E & Security) and revert to the organizer via email (this applies for our internal events or tenant's event).
  • To ensure that M&E keep the PA systems safely and revert with the event handover form after the completion of event/activities.
  • You may be assigned any other related duties, in line with your scope of work by your superior and/or management.

 

REQUIRES QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: 

 

  • Min. SPM
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
