SPECIALIST,TENANCY ADMINISTRATION

Summary: 

This role will need to prepare the Leasing Approval Forms, Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements and tenancy related documents as well as monthly reports required such as Occupancy Report, GTO tracking report, Leasing Report, Tenancy Report and other related reports.

 

Job Description: 

  • 1.Prepare Leasing Approval Forms, Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements and tenancy related documents for manager to review before send in for management’s approval
  • 2.Assist in daily correspondences in regards to Tenants’ operational issues for eg. Business hours, rent rebate assistance, delay of business commencement etc.
  • 3.Work closely with fitout, operations, marketing and finance to ensure Tenants’ issues are resolved
  • 4.Assist in preparing Leasing Budget by structuring sustainable revenue for the asset.
  • 5.Tenancy renewal negotiation and process within the stipulated timeline.
  • 6. Handle leasing enquiries, negotiate the lease and finalize rental and other terms & conditions with prospects.
  • 7.Analyze and monitor tenant’s sales and overall performance and make recommendation in replacing non- performing tenant.
  • 8.Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

 

Required skills and qualifications: 

  • Any equivalent degree or professional certificate preferably in property investment, leasing.
  • At least 3 years in retail Leasing/Tenancy Admin
  • Basic knowledge on the general mall’s practice, standard leasing terminologies and be aware of the latest trend in the retail industry
  • Good network with tenants from past mall(s)
  • Computer skills - mainly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-initiative
