JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application Software Administrator (ERP System, Microsoft 365, ITSM Ticketing, DocuSign, etc).
• Implementation / monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Responsible for creating / maintaining Technical documentations, IT SOPs and policies.
• Provide technical support / trouble shooting on IT related issues including networking, hardware, application software and office equipments. For example:-
• Setting up user accounts, laptop or workstation.
• Installing and configuring software, hardware and network.
• Ensure office equipments / devices in good and working conditions (eg. office key phone, printers, door access, photocopier, video conference, etc).
• Administrate multi offices network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi-Fi, databases (ERP software), other facilities (hardware/software) and email accounts. For example:-
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Monitoring LAN, WiFi, VPN & SD-WAN network connection.
• Monitoring internet broadband lines (eg: Unifi, Time, Maxis, etc)
• On-premise and Cloud Server administration (including Active Directory)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: 

• Candidate possess Degree In Computer Science / Post Graduate Diploma / Software Engineer or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same / similar job role above.
• Required technical skills in MS SQL Server, MS Query, MS Windows Server, Active Directory and network administration (LAN, WiFi, WAN & SD-WAN)
• Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Hands on experience with software development and IT SOPs & policies documentations.
• Experience in ERP software for property development and property management industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to create scripts in SQL database, C++, Visual Basic or other language is a plus.
• Knowledge of system and internet security and data backup/recovery (Sophos/WatchGuard Firewall, Synology NAS) is a plus.
