Senior Executive, Marketing & Sales

Job summary

Accountable in all Marketing & Sales activities during pre-launch, launch, post-launch. Assist to evaluates and conduct analytical research studies for the company’s upcoming investment or development.

 

Job responsibilities

Marketing Collaterals & Campaigns

  1. Assist in developing, evaluating and completing of marketing collaterals to support company sales objectives.
  2. Execute and coordinate Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities including events, roadshow, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Gallery & Show Unit Management

  1. Ensure smooth operations of the Sales Gallery and Show Units through routine checks on marketing collaterals, utilities , furniture and fittings.
  2. Actively participate in Sales Gallery operations, marketing activities and roadshows.

Market Research & Analysis

  1. Conduct market surveys and intelligent research on industry trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and promotional packages for both existing development and upcoming developments.
  2. Vendor & Agency Coordination.
  3. Source and pre-qualified of creative agency, vendors, supplier, etc to support marketing initiatives.

Marketing Administration

  1. Manager all administrative task related to marketing & sales operations related works.
  2. Build and maintain database of leads and prospects.

Regulatory Compliance

  1. Monitor and ensure timely renewal of Advertising Permits (AP) & Developer License (DL). 
  2. Ad-hoc Duties

Ad-hoc Duties

  1. To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties which align to your skill sets that assigned by Superior or management from time-to-time as when required.

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree holder (preferably in Marketing and Business Admin).
  2. Work experience of at least 3 years as a Sales & Marketing with property developer.
  3. Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
  4. Communication with purchasers
  5. Fluent in both spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  6. Knowledge in Noetic software will be added advantage or relevant software.
  7. Diligence & Hardworking, Committed Work Ethic, Accommodating, Agility, Teamwork, Good Interpersonal Skills.
