Executive, Flour Technical Services

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

To assist the Head of Flour Technical Service Department on the following main job scopes:

  1. Provide technical services to customers on flour products' issues and to visit the customers' business places regularly.
  2. To gather and understand customers' need and report it to the QC team, Production team and the management.
  3. Provide information on market situations (includes market trend, customers' demands and preference, as well their sentiment about products and competitors.
  4. To attend to any complaint and supports as requested by customers or our Marketing team.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalents from recognized institutions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bahasa Melayu, conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Willing to travel (Johor, Melaka & Singapore)
  • Knowledge, skills and exposure exposure in flour based products, Bakery & Food Processing are added advantages.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply and on-job-training will be provided.
