Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor 

Main Responsibilities:

To assist the Head of Quality Control Department to carry out and coordinate quality control and quality assurance activities of wheat flour products that include:

• To assure the functionality of lab equipment and accuracy of lab testing.
• To ensure the compliance of incoming raw materials, in-process and out-going products to expected quality and specifications.
• To handle activities pertaining to Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, i.e.: documentation, audits, etc.
• To control and manage the inventory of lab consumables, apparatus and chemicals.
• To assist in any R&D study.
• To ensure lab activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirement

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Good communication skills, both oral & written.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 as well as working experience in food manufacturing environment are added advantages.
