Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. 

 

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting logistics operations with a strong emphasis on operational reporting, data accuracy, process standardization, and continuous improvement. This role ensures logistics performance is measurable, transparent, and aligned with company objectives through effective reporting and structured workflows. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and supply chain data (transportation, and delivery performance) included to assist Senior Execultive, Logistics in live report to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost optimization by daily, weekly and monthly.
  • To maintain and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all logistics reports, database and dashboard (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
  • To assist Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics in collecting and submitting documents to relevant parties (authorities, agencies, Intercompany etc.)
  • Ensure all logistics documentation (DO, POD, invoices, permits, reports) is properly recorded and traceable.
  • Support and collaborate with operations, warehouse and Sales Department teams for data accuracy.
  • The management reserves the right to assign additional jobs to the Assistant, Logistics including analysis and projects assigned by management.

 

Education & Qualification

Diploma or any certificate related in Science Computer, Data Analytics, Business Management or related field.

 

Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Minimum – Fresh graduate. 

 

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge 

Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power-BI
