Job Summary

To assist Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics   in day to day Logistics operational and Sales & Distribution included supply chain.

Job Responsibilities

1. To assist the Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics   in matters related to personnel, shipping, purchasing, company security and private secretarial functions.  In addition, is responsible in matters for the weighing and billing of finished products and by-products.
2. To assist the Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics   in matters related to Order Processing. To liaise with Sales & Marketing Department and Production Department in matters related to product ordering process. Ensure smooth ordering process.
3. To assist Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics   in any related record and report (preparing, checking, updating, emailing etc.)
4. To assist Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics   in any matters in relating to authorities / agencies.
5. To assist Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics   in collecting and submitting document to relevant parties (authorities, agencies, Intercompany etc.)
6. To assist Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics  to ensure compliance with ISO/HACCP/HALAL/YUM/MOH/ DOSH /KPDNKK/ DOE/ BOMBA or any other authorized parties’ requirements
7. The management reserves the right to assign additional jobs to the Assistant, Logistics.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge 

Microsoft Office and SAP System

Added advantanges with Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK), familiar with Sistem Maklumat Kastam (SMK) or Dagang.Net System

Others

Able to work on shift and overtime
