Job Summary
Performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established company objectives. Achieving team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of project execution and support services, including preparation of periodic reports, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring project execution plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established company objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultants to facilitate the exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
• Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues, track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
• Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project proposal, to support management team towards informed decision-making and planning.
• Monitoring compliance to applicable policies, practices, standards, and specification.

Education & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing and/or similar field.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet navigation.
