Job Summary

Oversee day to day operation for production together with Executive, Flour Production and Supervisor, Warehouse. To ensure optimal product quality and maximum profit for company management. To ensure continuous improvement is in place to meet the current and future requirement and standards.

Job Responsibilities

•    To oversee the mill operation is in place together with Executive, Flour Production
•    To oversee the warehouse operation is in place together with Supervisor, Warehouse
•    To establish new records, procedures, policies related to food safety and other authorities and to ensure it is being carried out / implemented accordingly.
•    To assist in improving production area i.e. infrastructure and procedure
•    To carry out studies relating to work efficiency 
•    To oversee manpower required for mill and warehouse together with section head.
•    Motivate and supervise work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
•    To be responsible for purchasing and sourcing of new supplier for packaging materials/spare part/equipment 
•    To be responsible for accurate report especially in Wilmar report
•    To perform posting in SAP

Education & Qualification
Bachelor’s  Degree in Engineering or equivalent 

Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing and/or similar field.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet navigation
