Executive, Sustainability & Corporate Affairs

To support the implementation of CSR projects, monitor their impact, assist in corporate affairs matters, and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required by superiors.

 

Job Responsibilities

CSR implementation

• Assist in planning and executing CSR projects, including liaising with stakeholders for project coordination and sourcing and comparing quotations for in-kind contributions.

• Monitor project progress and document CSR project impacts using a structured method.

 

Corporate stakeholder engagement

• Assist in coordinating meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including those involved in CSR collaborations.

• Support the review and renewal of CSR partnerships.

• Document stakeholder feedback to inform strategic decisions.

 

Reporting & documentation

• Assist in preparing case studies and slide decks for internal review.

• Maintain databases and documentation for impacts tracking.

 

Others

• Support in the Company’s publications and Investor Relations-related events.

• Assist in coordinating communication materials.

• Undertake any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

 

Education & Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Mass Communication or a related discipline.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with internship or volunteering experience in social work or CSR projects will have an added advantage.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• Strong reporting and writing skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
