Senior Executive, Human Resources

This position is responsible for providing essential operational, system and administrative support across the Group Centers of Excellence (COE) for talent management, learning and development (L&D), rewards, HR analytics and HRMS. The major objective of this role is to drive seamless program execution and ensure efficient service delivery across PPB Group.

 

Job Responsibilities 

1. Talent Management and Learning & Development

  • Support Talent and L&D Program Operations: Coordinate end-to-end operational and event logistics for Group-wide talent / leadership programs and learning initiatives across the Group to ensure high-quality program delivery
  • Maintain Talent and L&D Administration Database: Maintain talent / learning databases (e.g. track participant records, manage completion data) and other reporting requirements to support talent and learning needs.

 

2. Rewards and HR Analytics

  • Support Execution of Rewards Programs: Support the operational rollout of Group rewards initiatives (e.g. practice enhancement, job evaluation) as and when needed

 

3. HRMS Operations and System Support

  • Manage Day-to-Day User Support: Handle routine user queries and provide system support
  • Support HRMS Projects & Enhancement: Assist in coordinating HRMS initiatives and testing new system enhancements, as and when needed
  • Support HRMS Reporting: Support on HRMS reporting such as report generation and data validation
  • Coordinate HRMS Activities: Manage end-to-end logistics for activities related to HRMS such as trainings, seminars, meeting and etc

 

4. General HR Support and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage COE Procurement & Vendor Operations: Handle procurement processes, vendor invoicing, purchase orders and contract documentation for Group COE suppliers to ensure prompt vendor management
  • Maintain COE Repositories & General Administration: Maintain updated Group COE policy repositories, process guides and documentation while providing ad-hoc operational support to Group COE leads as business needs evolve

Education & Qualification

Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably   Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Secretarial studies

 

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

 

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office, particularly strong in PowerPoint
  • SAP HR System (preferred)
