Job Summary

Responsible for ESG data consolidation, delivery of the annual external audit on ESG data, and compliance in accordance with the IFRS S1 and S2 standards.

The primary goal is to assist the Sustainability Department and other business units in achieving our sustainability commitments and contribute towards the long-term success of the company, with a vision to support PPB Group into a top 25% quartile of FTSE4Good company.

Job Responsibilities

• Sustainability data - regularly track, analyse, and report on the sustainability performance of the group.
• External/ internal audit – responsible for execution of annual external/ internal audit process, ensure readiness of the group data and ESG audit framework e.g. GHG accounting framework for limited/ reasonable audit.
• Sustainability reporting – manage specific section of the Annual Sustainability Report and support other reporting efforts, including leading surveys, data compilation and analysis and ensuring reporting requirements are met.
• Regulatory compliance – support sustainability reporting to ensure full IFRS compliance according to the mandatory requirements. 
• Sustainability projects across all BUs – based on the data and trends, track progress of sustainability initiatives within all three BUs. This includes working with BUs sustainability PIC or cross-functional colleague to ensure systematic execution.
• Sustainability roadmap - execute strategy that encompasses environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and good governance principles, aligned with the company's policies and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Assist the Sustainability Department on any matter under its purview.

Education & Qualification

• At least a bachelor’s degree in environmental/ social sciences, or other relevant fields.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sustainability implementation

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Good knowledge of sustainability initiatives and innovation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of sustainability reporting and IFRS standards
• ESG internal or external audit
• Strong English reporting and writing skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good in MS Office, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Power BI, Python coding or other similar coding.
