Job Summary

Responsible for the operations of weighbridge systems and ensure that all lorries are weighed upon entering and exiting the facility. Prepare reports as stated in the job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Checking and logging drivers' details as they come in and out of the site.
• Involve in stock count.
• Prepare Delivery order, loading list and invoice.
• Updating records on computer systems.
• Answering phone enquiries.
• Dealing with other administrative tasks.

Education & Qualification

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Administration with credit in Mathematics.
•  Good knowledge in computer literate
•  Possess good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
