Key responsibilities;-

• Administer and resolve all productions issues. 
• Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees. 
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and responsible for annual renewal programs. 
• Plan and monitor the production process activities and ensure it meets targeted KPI. 
• Propose improvements and optimization for mills production. 
• Plan coordinate with Engineering Department on machinery maintenance and project. 
• Implement and manage department-related tasks as directed by the superior. 
• Participate in audits, including annual company audits, production audits and ISO audits. 

Qualifications & Requirements;-

• Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized institution.
• Proficiency in MS office. 
• Good exposure and knowledge in production planning and manpower control.
• Effective communication skills.  
• Strong and positive leadership
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proactive problems-solving abilities
• Teamwork
