Job Summary

  • To create opportunities and facilities for employee’s development according to the growth and development of the organization.This also includes handling administrative duties on demand.
  • To achieve Organizational and departmental goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources and administration activity such as training and development process & office administration function.
  • Source, arrange including conduct training
  • Familiar with HRDF
  • To handle daily administration works and documentation.
  • To handle private & confidential matters
  • Maintain and renew license and authorized documents.
  • Any task assigned by the management.

Education & Qualification

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource Management 

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Minima 2-3 years of working experience in the related field

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • Good knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relation Act and statutory regulation.
  • Possess good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
