Job Summary

● Responsible for the smooth operation of electrical activities such as plant, electrical control panel and machinery preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and repair, installations and modification works.

Job Responsibilities

● Provide support and necessary assistance to subordinate in solving problem of difficult tasks.

● Planning activity need to be done by daily basis and arrangement of workload for subordinates.

● Calibration weighing and measuring equipment.

● Assisting in plant installation, modification, and commissioning.

● Plan and execute for improvement project related to electrical engineering field.

● To interact with personnel from various departments at all levels.

● Practicing GMP’s system in working and housekeeping at workplace.

● To observe and obey the rules and regulations set up by company

● To assist and perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Engineers.

Education & Qualification

● Minimum Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level/ engineering certificate (electrical) or equivalent qualification recognized.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

● Experience in electrical engineering works

● Possess not less than 2 years working experience in an environment involving operation of electrical equipment and has experience in controlling live equipment in electrical installation system.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

● Knowledgeable in electrical control system, electrical drawing and troubleshooting the machineries.

Competencies

● Certified A0 Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga .

● Certified A1 Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

● Certified A4 Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
