Plant Operator III

Job Summary
● Responsible to implement production schedule and monitoring of the raw material requirement for production and the process routing parameters utilities' supply and consumption 

 

Job Responsibilities
● Oversee hand dump supplement operation and to perform other manual works as and when instructed by the Managers/Assistant Manager, Production (Feed) or Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor, Production (Feed). 
● Daily inspection for maintenance of Intake and Mixing equipment. 
● To implement any other duties related to the Department that may arise from time to time as per instruction by the Shift Miller. 
● Assure smooth operation of all intakes and mixing equipment by checking regularly 
● Responsible for operating pelleting system according to production schedule, process and product specifications. 
● Maintain logbook of pellet mill operation and raw materials consumption.  
● Ensure the production process are in accordance with the operating procedure - ISO, FSCC and GMP 
 

Education & Qualification
● Must possess at least Secondary or Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
