Technician II, Mill

Job Summary

To ensure the production of flour is within customer specification and achieve good flour extraction.

 

Job Responsibilities

Checking the condition of cleaning and milling machines.

Magnet cleaning on daily basis.

QC sampling to lab on cleaning, mixing and milling process.

Record the sampling based on its frequency and process activities for reference.

Adjust machine according to product suitability.

Cleaning and servicing machines.

Record CCP activities based on its frequency.

Flour and wheat measurement on daily basis.

Conduct milling (Pekar & Break Release) test when necessary.                                          

                                                                                     

Education & Qualification

● Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualification recognized

● Fresh diploma graduate or 1 year of working experience in flour milling industry.

 

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

● Familiar in the process and machine related to flour production and food safety system.

● Communication skill

● Positive and critical thinking

● Flour milling technical skill – added advantage

● Basic calculating skill
