Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure 1kg packing,25kg packing, bulk loading, cartooning and robotic well operated as SOP.
2. Ensure flour brand, bin selected, quality and packing material is correct according to HOD order.
3. Machine service and cleaning will be done according to schedule or as per order by HOD.
4. Keep contract worker / operator follow the personal hygiene.
5. Ensure sample send according to the sample sending frequency given by Lab.
6. Ensure CCP checking is done according to procedure.
7. Notify maintenance if there is problem or breakdown.
8. Drive forklift safely, transfer product from cartooning section to warehouse.
9. Ensure all files and documents are completed updated.
10. Keep working environment clean and in control.
11. Ensure bin fumigation and cleaning or as order by HOD.
12. Practice a good teamwork and communication between Packing Technician and all departments.
13. Practicing GMP at work and housekeeping in workplace.
14. Others: Ad hoc and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Primary / Secondary School / SPM / “O” Level or equivalent qualification recognized.
2. Forklift operating basic
