Executive, IT Support

Job Summary:

  • The incumbent will be reporting to the Manager, IT, support business operation by ensuring the smooth-running of day-to-day IT operations; served as the main point of contact for all IT related enquiries; gathering and responsible for IT requirements from stakeholders. He/ she also liable for hardware, software & communication equipment work effectively & efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage major projects as Project Manager role.
  • Prepare proposal for management consideration. Manage project and implement roll-out of application. Follow up by obtaining feedback/requirement from staff on the application.
  • Assist to provide IT requirements and support for new & existing cinemas.
  • Responsible for the company's Cloud Computing Services.
  • Set up and troubleshoot organization’s servers, conduct server back up, and maintaining the Cloud services.
  • Prepare Reports compile, analyse and summarise information on periodically as requested, and submit report promptly.
  • Maintenance of Computer Hardware, Peripherals and Software which is Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test, and implement solutions.
  • Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, ensure anti-virus software patterns are updated regularly, managing file permissions.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma level in IT.
  • At least 5 years working experience in infra management and operations
  • Technical understanding of IT lifecycle management (EUC, Backup Servers, Storage and etc.) (must have)Deployment and Troubleshooting of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Firewall appliances.
  • Skill sets required:
  1.  Cloud Knowledge (AWS, Datacenter, Azure)
  2.  VMWare
  3.  Project Management
  4. Knowledge in Disaster Recovery

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Professional certification on IT would be value add advantage.
  • Knowledge in project prioritization and ensure project deliver on time.
  • Good interpersonal skills with abilities to interact with various level of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
