GSC is seeking an entry level IT talent to join our dynamic IT Development team. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 troubleshooting and support for all IT products at GSC, including e-kiosks, mobile applications, websites, and more. Your expertise in problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and customer service will help us create efficient and seamless technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly, assist in system improvements, and ensure a smooth user experience across all digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

🛠️ Application Support
Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and technical support for GSC’s digital platforms, including e-kiosks, mobile applications, websites, internal systems, etc. Log and categorize incoming issues, perform initial diagnosis and escalate to Level 2 or software development teams when necessary. Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain detailed documentation of incidents, actions taken and solutions applied. 

🤝 User & Departmental Support
Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries from GSC outlet staff, customer service team and internal departments. Support users in navigating system functions, especially during new rollouts or updates throughout operation hours. Assist with basic training and user guidance while maintaining high service standards. Prepare regular support activity reports, contribute to documentation updates, and suggest improvements to support workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
👨‍💻 Proficient in SQL/MSQL
🚀 Able to start immediately, your role is crucial to GSC!
📅 5-day shifts (including weekends & PH) — but don’t worry, it’s WFH on weekends & PH
💡 Great personality and growth mindset - outstanding communicator in both Malay & English (written & spoken), good problem solving skills, service oriented, flexible & adaptable, agile and a team player
