• To analyze the market trend, market research and evaluating environmental surveys.
• To identify strategy locations for outlet expansion in line with the company direction and business growth target.
• To responsible to oversee on going and upcoming project and tracking progress ad contribute to accomplishing company goals.
• Work closely with Project team, assist to negotiate all the issues/matters during renovation with landlord, developer and landowner as company key representative.
• To take responsibility for all leasing activities including negotiate lease term, rental rates and renewal, termination of tenancy with landlord across Malaysia.
• To ensure all legal, and regulatory requirements are met throughout the leasing process.
• To collaborate with legal counsel to review and advice legal risk in all the legal documents.
• To manage and ensure that all administration of tenancy documents, payments and related documents are proper recorded, file and documented for safe keeping accordance to company SOP.
• To manage the existing outlets and maintaining the relationship with landlords.
• Perform any other functions as directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail industry or other related real estate business
• Strong proficiency of written and spoken in English (additional language will be an added advantage).
• Possesses of excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
