Job Summary

As Manager, Sales at GSC, responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets across multiple revenue streams including on-screen advertising, corporate sales, and Movie Premiere Hall (MPH) bookings. This involves managing assigned company projects, selling cinema advertising solutions, and negotiating with ad agencies and direct clients.

Job Responsibilities

Managing Sales & Business Development (Cine Ad, Brand Partnership, On Ground Event, Digital Advertising)

· Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for each team member.

· Develop / seek new sales partnership opportunities.

· Deliver sales targets assigned.

 

Establish Relevant Strategic Partnership

Build portfolio of premier top tier clients. Proactively identify & build relationships with potential clients to increase revenue and scale.

Improving the Value of Advertising and Promotional Campaigns

· Provide insight and thought leadership for multi-stakeholder, cross department and cross region cinema in enhancing current marketing activities to meet short- & long-term objectives.

· Manage all plans from start to end, including project manage by working with other department

 

Development of Integrated Value-added partnership plans

· Constantly have a fresh pipeline of clients and plans, reviewed monthly.

· Review and proposed assets that can be monetised to relevant brand and marketing teams to strengthen offerings.

· Maintain competitiveness in the market while developing effective "collaborative partnership assets".

 

Managing clients

· Ensure quality of client servicing by developing a SOP as well as assigning team members to clients.

· Half yearly business reviews for top 20 clients and annually for the rest.

Oversee the Qualitative & Quantitative Planning & Reporting

· Prepare & present periodical qualitative, statistical & quantitative reports in sales, marketing budget, scheduled expenditure, collection & projected analysis.

· Update and report monthly performance via a dashboard.

· Propose plans to meet sales targets when there is a shortfall.
