Senior Executive, Business & Media Strategy | Damansara Jaya, Selangor.

Reporting to the Associate Manager, Business & Media Strategy in the Marketing team, this role offers the opportunity to turn business, audience, and media insights into strategies that drive growth across our cinema and entertainment business.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive data-backed insights across sales performance, audience trends, cinema admissions, and digital engagement to unlock business opportunities.
  • Evaluate the impact of campaigns, promotions, and media initiatives, and recommend ways to strengthen performance and ROI.
  • Translate market, customer, and performance data into actionable recommendations that support commercial growth and strategic planning.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership opportunities through strong analysis of business and audience performance.
  • Prepare clear, impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate across teams to align insights with marketing, sales, and revenue objectives in a fast-moving entertainment environment.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, media planning, business analytics, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Power Query and PivotTables) is a must
  • Experience in Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualisation and performance tracking is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in data storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
