🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of GSC’s HR operations – ensuring our people are paid right, records stay tight and systems work like a dream. Your work will drive real efficiency across payroll, compensation, performance, claims and HRMS.

Your Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities & cinema teams

• Managing performance appraisals, salary adjustments & HR documentation

• Overseeing insurance, SOCSO, and employee claims

• Championing HRMS systems – from Time Management to Reimbursement

• Staying ahead on Malaysia Employment Law compliance, HR best practices and regulatory updates

• Delivering timely and accurate HR reports to management

• Supporting cross-functional teams with data, insights and HR best practices

🎓 What You Bring to the Table

• Diploma or higher in Business Admin, HRM or related field

• At least 4 years’ HR experience (especially payroll-focused)

• Proficient in HRMS platforms (SAP Success factor), Microsoft Office, and Power BI

• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws & statutory requirements

• Sharp with numbers and stronger with people

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
