Merchandise Senior Executive | GSC HQ (Damansara Jaya, Selangor)

At Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC), we’re more than just movies — we create experiences. Through our in-house merchandise brand Keepsake by GSC, we bring iconic film moments to life with curated products that audiences can take home.

We’re looking for a Merchandise Senior Executive to drive seamless retail operations and inventory execution for Keepsake by GSC while delivering data-driven insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Execute retail operations across Keepsake by GSC stores, kiosks, and merchandise touchpoints

• Manage product listings, including PLU/code creation, pricing, and system uploads

• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy across channels

• Coordinate stock counts, audits, and reconciliation with relevant stakeholders

• Manage supplier, warehouse, and fulfilment performance to ensure On Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery

• Support campaigns, RTM initiatives, and new retail projects

• Track sales and operational performance, with improvement recommendations

• Prepare and consolidate sales and inventory reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or RTM functions

• Hands-on experience in inventory management, product setup (PLU), and sales reporting

• Working experience in retail, FMCG, consumer products, or entertainment industry is an added advantage
