Senior Executive, Risk & Governance | Damansara Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities 

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Organize half-yearly ERM workshops with GSC departments & subsidiaries
• Identify emerging risks & incidents and escalate to Management
• Monitor risk mitigation plans and compile regular ERM reports for internal and group-level stakeholders

Crisis & Business Continuity Management (CSM/BCM)

• Assist in rolling out BCM programs across the GSC Group
• Compile & update Business Impact Analysis from key units
• Coordinate BCP simulations and crisis readiness

Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA)

• Support OSHA committee meetings and training rollouts
• Help ensure our HQ complies with Malaysian OSHA regulations
• Keep registrations and reporting aligned with authority requirements

Team Support & Governance Advocacy

• Contribute to risk culture-building programs
• Support internal audits, ad hoc projects & governance initiatives

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business disciplines.
• 3 years’ of solid understanding and proven experience in enterprise risk management framework or corporate governance.
• Working knowledge of ISO 31000 standards will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and self-driven with a naturally curious mindset.
