Role Summary
The Senior Sales Event Lead owns and drives annual event sales targets for GSC Luxe locations by developing and executing strategic account plans, building strong client partnerships, understanding market and competitive trends, delivering compelling value propositions, and collaborating cross-functionally to create scalable campaigns that support sustainable sales growth. 



Core Responsibilities
1. Manage Event Sales strategies & drive execution for GSC Luxe Locations

2. Establish Relevant Strategic Partnership to pipeline for future growth
3. Manage Sales Reporting and provide timely update to Sales Operation Team
4. Drive effective collaboration across Sales team and crossed functional team (P&E, Brand Marketing etc)


Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in media sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets and holding senior sales leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to drive the full sales cycle from strategy to close, influence stakeholders including C-level executives, position products competitively, articulate value propositions clearly, and develop data-driven, client-focused solutions.
