Job Description

• Oversee the quality control activities including inspection/testing records on incoming goods, process inspection, final inspection, and product performance test.
• Raise defective product complaint reports to suppliers, especially on receiving product defects, in- process inspection, and product improvement.
• Conduct inspection and investigation on nonconformance products
• Investigate defective products in production and customer complaints and follow up with corrective actions taken to ensure effectiveness.
• Identify the cause of product failure and recommend a “Corrective Action Request”
• Monitor and verify data collection on the Production.
• Monitoring validation/calibration equipment (internal and external calibration provider).
• Assist internal and external audits such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal etc
• Perform GMP inspection in the Factory.
• Ensure all controlled documents and quality records are maintained according to procedures.
• Perform report, product inspection/testing samples from the vendor/research & development purpose

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Food Science
• At least 2 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skill(s): Good in Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel, Microsoft 365
• Fast learner, creative and willingness to explore ideas and act on it.
• Initiative and self-motivated.
• Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
