Job Responsibilites

- Generate and process purchase, sales orders accurately and in a timely manner

- Verify pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Import / Export Permits Application and Renewal .
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and conducting periodic supplier reviews .
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Maintain accurate purchasing / sales records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Preparing and verifying of shipping documents to ensure accuracies and compliance of contractual obligations.
- Preparing of Daily Report and Monitoring of stock levels.
