FFM FARMS SDN BHD|TRONG, PERAK

Job Summary:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and direct day to day administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and/or make purchases and payments, according to Company's procedures and communicate with Head of Department and suppliers as and when required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with farms/head office on administrative, and sales matters.
  • Process sales orders and documentation, coordinate transport and delivery, and communicate with the Sales or Customer as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To comply with the requirements of the documented Quality Management System that meets the ISO 9001 Standard (Applicable for Trong farm only).

  • To ensure administrative matters (including communication, accounting, stock keeping, records, personnel matters including payroll, sales processing & collections) are efficiently and adequately managed.

  • To ensure plant, property and equipment are under good housekeeping, safe and secure, within Management’s control at all times.

  • To ensure all records concerning poultry health, growth and production performances are updated then analyzed, and poultry feed are ordered base on exact farm requirements. (Applicable for farm Admin Executive only).

  • To carry out other duties as directed by the Manager, Administration / Manager, Farm.

 

Person Specifications:

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent education.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in Business Administration and/or similar industry.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • Computer skills
  • Basic accounting and administrative skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • With Executive-level management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Knowledgeable with SAP System.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Independent, meticulous and possess good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork, leadership, people management, responsibility and trustworthiness.
  • Full time position is available in Trong, Perak
