Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and coordinating administrative functions to ensure efficient operations of the organization. Involves in handling office management, supporting various departments, maintaining records, arranging foreign workers' matters, and assisting in company activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, office/farms’ maintenance, procurement, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Handle Foreign Workers’ work permits, renewals, medical check-ups, accommodations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee renewals and compliance of business licenses and permits registration.
  • Assist in insurance, risk management, office/farms' purchases and operation matters.

Person Specifications:

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent education.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in Business Administration and/or similar industry.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • With Executive-level management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledgeable with SAP System.
