Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to track, interpret, and improve our sales performance. The ideal candidate is strong with numbers, skilled at uncovering meaningful insights, and able to translate data into practical strategies that support growth and enhance overall business performance.
 
Responsibilities
  1. Collect, clean and analyze sales data to uncover performance trends and growth opportunities.
  2. This includes preparing regular reports and dashboards on key sales metrics, as well as conducting ongoing performance evaluations to support informed decision-making
  3. Perform deep-dive assessments to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend improvements to sales team and management.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations team to develop strategies that enhance sal
  5. Monitor and review the impact of implemented strategies and adjust recommendations based on results.es effectiveness and growth.
  6. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests to guide business decisions.
  7. Model and uphold the company’s culture, values, and ethical standards, inspiring trust and accountability at all levels.
  8. Demonstrate adaptability and collaboration in supporting group-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  9. Undertake special assignments and additional responsibilities as delegated by senior management from time to time. 
 
Qualification, Experience & Skills
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in economics, actuarial, mathematics, statistics, or similar quantitative field.
  2. Proven experience in data analysis, sales analytics or similar role
  3. Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Excel, PowerBI,SFA or similar.
  4. Ability to understand and convert data into business insights and recommendations.
