Job Descriptions

  • To direct day to day operations, coordinate, plan and implement work schedule at farm with the relevant staff in the Farm Organization
  • Monitor production targets and planning for training of staff and worker.
  • Check on quantity and quality of supply from suppliers (livestock, other stocks, equipment, services.)
  • Assist the Farm Administration to ensure security and good housekeeping in the Farm premises.
  • To regularly review and update the Working Instruction and Standard Operating Procedure in accordance to the farm practices.
  • To handle veterinary related matters/issues if the Executive, Farm is also a Veterinarian.
  • To coordinate farm husbandry and veterinary work planning and implementation with the Farm Veterinarian, Senior Flock Leader and Flock Leader.
  • To coordinate and assist in hatchery production quality with the Manager, Hatchery
  • To ensure compliance to Biosecurity, Malaysian Good Agricultural Practices (myGAP), Safe Working Environment and all other Work Procedures in the Farm.
  • To ensure proper and adequate recording and reporting of farm operation matters.
  • To train staff in relevant areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry Science.
  • Minimum 4 years experiences in Farm Operation / Animal Husbandry / Breeder Management.
  • Good Communication skills, People Management skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in breeder farm.
  • Full time position is available in Sua Betong, Negeri Sembilan.
