Job Summary:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and direct day to day administrative and human resources functions.
  • Coordinate and/or make purchases and payments, according to Company’s procedures and communicate with other Head of department and suppliers as and when required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with farms/head office on administrative, human resources and sales matters.
  • Process sales orders and documentation, coordinate transport and delivery, and communicate with the Sales or Customer as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

HR

  • To ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Performing calculations with wages, benefits, incentives, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update all aspect of payroll information onto the HRMS.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to payroll related enquiries from employees
  • To prepare periodic payroll & HR reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • To prepare monthly statutory statement - KWSP, Socso, CP39, EIS
  • To ensure employee’s data and records are maintained correctly, accurately, and systematically always.
  • To prepare employee’s contracts, letter of offer and other documentation pertaining staff confirmation, termination, and disciplinary.
  • Procuring working visas and documentation for foreign workers.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Ensuring all HR practices comply with Company Policies, Labor law, statutory, and other external requirements.
  • To conduct On-Boarding and Off-Boarding for employees.
  • To prepare all the training records by monthly basis.
  • To prepare sustainability records by monthly basis.
  • In charge of recruitment process – prepare job description, resume screening and candidate evaluation, interviews and assessment, decision making and offer, and onboarding.
  • To update and email Organization Chart on monthly basis.
  • To prepare Staff Performance Appraisal (new workers and yearly for salary review)

 

Administration

  • Coordinate and communicate with farms/head office on administrative, and sales matters.
  • Process sales orders and documentation, coordinate transport and delivery, and communicate with the Sales or Customer as and when required.
  • To ensure administrative matter (including communication, accounting, stock keeping, records, sales processing & collections)
  • To assist administrative works such as insurance, risk management, farms' purchases and operation matters.

 

Person Specifications:

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in Human Resource, Administration and/or similar industry.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • With Executive-level management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledgeable with HRMS system.
