Job Summary

To support the Product Manager in executing marketing plans and coordinating daily operations across multiple portfolios. This includes liaising with branches on stock availability, POSM deployment, and A&P budget tracking. The role also supports new business development initiatives and cross-functional projects. Ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this position plays a key role in ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing activities that contribute to overall business growth.

 

Job Responsibilities

·         Coordinate with sales, operations, and branches to execute monthly trade activities and ensure activations meet set standards. Conduct audits to assess compliance.

·         Management of external agencies – design, event and supplier on the production of marketing materials and event / roadshow set up as per alignment and within the allocated budget.

·         Conduct market research for new product / project.

·         Compile, analyze and share sales data with internal and external stakeholders.  Conduct periodical survey on distribution, placement, pricing and competitors’ activities.

·         Manage and approve branches’ stock requisition and promotional requests. 

·         Inventory management - stock ordering, new launch volume forecast and allocation to branches.

·         Support new business initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, lead generation, and partnership development

·         Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to track marketing performance and business opportunities.

·         Contribute creative ideas for marketing content, campaigns, and brand activation efforts.

 

Education & Qualification

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

·         Additional certification in digital marketing, trade marketing, or business development is an added advantage

·         Fresh graduates with strong internship experience, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

 

 

Experience & Years of Service

·         2–4 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management (preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods industries).

·         Experience coordinating with sales teams, operations, and external vendors or branches.

·         Experience supporting business development initiatives or product launches is a plus.

 

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with budgeting/tracking tools.

·         Familiarity with trade marketing tools and POSM execution processes.

·         Knowledge of A&P budgeting and promotional mechanics.

·         Basic understanding of market analysis and customer segmentation.

·         Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com) is a bonus.
