Executive, Marketing

The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing activities to drive product awareness and sales performance. This role involves conducting market research, assisting in the development of product messaging, and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels. Working closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders, the Marketing Executive helps ensure smooth product launches, tracks performance metrics, and gathers customer feedback to support continuous improvement. This role also contributes to identifying opportunities for product enhancement while ensuring timely handling of customer inquiries and assigned tasks.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging for both internal teams and external customers
  • Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing channels and teams are aligned for a successful rollout
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the effective translation of product knowledge into sales strategies and successful customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance through key metrics such as sales, market share, and customer feedback.
  • Identifying and accessing the potential of new product development to sustain brand/product life cycle.
  • Handling of Complaints.
  • Undertake projects and assignments as directed by direct superior.
 
Qualification, Experience & Skills
  • Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree/ master’s in business studies, Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Possess high level of exposure in brand marketing with in-depth knowledge of brand management tools and processes.Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  • Dynamic team player with initiatives, mature, able to work independently, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to mulit-task, organize, prioritize and be resourceful.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be advantageous.
