Intern, Grain Purchasing

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Grains Purchasing team. 
 
What you’ll be involved in:
  • Support documentation checks (shipping documents and related matters)
  • Assist in shipment tracking and arrival status updates
  • SAP data entry, extraction, and compilation of reports 
  • Support Import Permit applications and Marine Insurance processing via online systems
  • Assist with online submission for Stamp Duty Self-Assessment System
  • Filing and other ad-hoc administrative duties
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Students pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Available to start immediately. 
 
This internship is a great opportunity for students who are looking to gain hands-on exposure in procurement, shipping coordination, documentation, and SAP-related processes within the manufacturing industry.
