Manager, Business & Data Analyst

Summary

You will be responsible to improve business processes by collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions that meet the organization’s needs. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead a team of business analysts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements to recommend solutions that meet the organization’s needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and impact
  • Create business cases to support investment decisions
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team on order fulfilment issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals
  • Develop and maintain business process models and requirements specifications
  • Support change management efforts by developing and delivering training materials
  • Monitor sales and marketing progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Experience with data modelling and business process modelling
