Job Description

Responsible for analysing and improving business processes related to the production, distribution, and sales of animal feed, flour, and other related products as well as for identifying business needs and problems and proposing solutions that assist organisation to achieve its’ objectives. Act as key business partner and advisor for stakeholders to ensure data driven based and timely decision making. To closely monitor business performance, identifying and analysing gaps in the business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders, including sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends.
  • Deep diving into findings for a better view of the performance reported and identify & recommend areas for process improvement in production, distribution, sales, and any other related areas to close gaps.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain management and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, develop business cases and proposals for new products and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support business planning functions for new and existing company strategies.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in economics, actuarial, mathematics, statistics, or similar quantitative field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Tableau and SQL
  • Knowledge of business process modeling tools, such as Visio
  • Understanding of business intelligence and analytics tools
