Job Summary

As the Subject matter expert (SME) at Group level in: -

• Implement and compliance to Standards – RM CoE, EHS, EIPA, Sustainability, Corporate Standards

• Implement Engineering & Maintenance programs – Preventive & Condition Base Maintenance 

• Management identified Capital projects

• Implement and support all plant improvements initiatives – EHS, Quality, OEE, World Class Manufacturing Plants

Job Responsibilities 

• Subject matter expert (SME) at Group level in: -

       •  Applicable Standards as identified.

       •  E&M programs

       •  Capital projects.

       •  All plant improvements initiatives

• Cascade the expertise to the E&M teams within FFM Group to improve process efficiency and plant availability.

• Constant engagement with all the local factory heads and E&M teams to work towards aligned common objectives and drive continuous improvements across the factories.

• Conduct site visits and audits and provide structured/periodic technical trainings and guidance.

Education & Qualification

• Minimum Degree in Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic or Automation

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

•. Has led an Engineering department in his/her previous employment for a minimum of 5 years

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• Understanding of Plant process and automation

• Understanding of Basic Engineering organization and set up, Continuous Improvement and World Class Manufacturing concept
