Job Summary

This person will assist and support the Group Product Manager on all aspects of product, brand and marketing for the assigned product portfolio, including inventory management, distribution, customer service, procurement, administration, marketing, branding, and other related areas.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand A&P budget and product profit performance effectively
  • Strategize, manage and access the brand initiatives/ activities in strengthening the brand’s identity, including its logo, messaging, positioning, and customer experience, to build recognition, trust, and emotional connection with the target audience.
  • Responsible on marketing plans. Key activities include ATL & BTL, new product launch promotions, on-ground events, in-store, merchandising support and premiums
  • Conduct periodic market trend analysis and business reviews with key stakeholders and sales team.
  • Responsible to analyze, forecast and project monthly indent and the product inventory management
  • Identifying and plan product roadmap to sustain brand/ product life cycle.
  • Establishes rapport and maintains good relationship with Principal / Supplier / Agency.
  • Manage and monitor customer satisfaction not limited to consumer feedback on product quality & accessibility, trade / principal for distribution & deliverables

 

 

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree/ Masters in Business Studies, Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, in the FMCG industry.
  • Possess high level of exposure in branding and marketing with in-depth knowledge of product management tools and processes.

  • Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and 3rd or more language is an advantage.
