Job Summary

Support Manager, Area Sales in overseeing daily sales operations and driving sales performance within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for supervising the sales team, ensuring effective outlet coverage, executing trade activities, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. The main objective is to achieve sales targets, strengthen market presence, and ensure excellent execution of company sales strategies in the market.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Area Sales Manager in managing daily sales operations and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure effective outlet coverage and execution in the market.

  • Monitor product distribution, merchandising standards, and promotional activities at outlets.

  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to the Area Sales Manager.

  • Ensure stock availability and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to minimize out-of-stock situations.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with key customers and business partners.

 

Education & Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates from Business, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply

 

Experience & Years of Service

  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, with some supervisory experience preferred.

 

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

  • Result-oriented with strong market execution capability.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within the assigned area.
