Job Description

  • To support the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand visibility, loyalty, and awareness.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
  • To plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • To perform research to gain insights into target audiences and customer preferences, informing effective marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives to enhance future campaigns.
  • Identify and foster partnerships that can enhance brand exposure and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Responsible for preparing reports on essential metrics, including ROI, engagement rates, and customer insights.
  • Responsible for responding to inquiries and nurturing positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in roles related field.
  • Ability to demonstrate, create and implement impactful brand strategies.
  • Strong skills in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ability to develop engaging marketing content for various channels and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal skills for crafting marketing materials and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and experience with graphic design software
  • Ability to adjust marketing strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Experienced in executing and improving procedures.
