Specialist, Quality Assurance & Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

  • To comply with the requirements of the documented Quality Management System that meets the ISO 9001 Standard.
  • To ensure the quality management system conforms to the International Standard.
  • To report on the performance of the quality management systems and on opportunities for improvements to top management.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate and direct day to day risk and sustainability functions.
  • Prepare report for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
  • Compile and liase with farms Compliance & Governance Steering Committee (CGSC).
  • Check and compile Due Diligence documents.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administration tasks.

Person Specifications:

Education & Qualification

  • Candidate possess at least a Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, risk, quality assurance or any related field.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • At least 6 years of working experience in roles related field.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015
