Job Summary

Responsible for managing administrative tasks, orders processing, and supporting the sales and fulfillment departments. This person will ensure efficient and effective order management processes are in place and provide leadership to the team.

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage the daily activities to ensure smooth orders processing & fulfillment, billing and other supporting administrative functions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between feedmills, warehouse, sales teams, accounts department etc.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Solve any customer issues.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • All employees are expected to demonstrate a flexible approach to the delivery of work within the department.  They are required to be proactive members of the team and work closely with all other members to ensure both timely and best outcomes are achieved for all stakeholders. To support this approach, all employees may be required to work with external and internal partners, work across formal lines of accountability and perform duties not specifically identified in the job description but which are in line with the general level of responsibility of the post. Support ad-hoc project work and provide expertise where necessary as well as undertake any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

 

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Business Studies, Accounting or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role- preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Suites
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Having good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay language is essential for effective communication with employees and stakeholders. Proficiency in Mandarin or any Chinese dialects is an added advantage when dealing with farmers.
